The Hierarchy
Organization
The highest level of the organization hierarchy embeds within itself all the clusters, groups, and units contained within the system. The organization name is set and defined by Galooli and can't be changed by any of the users.
Cluster
Cluster is the second-highest level of the organization hierarchy. The cluster is a branch under the organization and each organization can contain one or more clusters. Clusters contain groups and units. Learn more.
Group
The group is the third-highest level of the organization hierarchy. Groups are lower than the cluster, each group can have one or more units. Learn more.
Unit
The unit is the building block of the Galooli solution and acts as the logical identity representing the asset in the system. The unit is the lowest level of the unit hierarchy and does not have any levels beneath it. Learn more.
Commands
There are several commands buttons in the system, and their use varies according to the user's position within the organization tree.
Add button - A new cluster, group, or unit can be added by clicking on the "+Add" button. This button can be used by clicking on the relevant part of the organization tree and clicking "+Add".
Other configuration buttons - Clone, move, and remove buttons can be accessed by clicking on the relevant part of the organization tree and then selecting one of the options.
Bulk Update
The purpose of the “Bulk Update” is to update/edit existing unit information for a large number of units by uploading a file, as opposed to manually updating each unit. Click here for more information.
Organizational Information
In the organizational information section, you can set and verify KPIs for all of your new assets, making it easier to add units and ensure that all asset settings conform to your expectations. The tool is intended for units that share the same parameters.
These are default values for the KPIs of the units - new units will be assigned these values as a default.
By editing these parameters, you do not affect the values of existing units, but you do affect the values of new units added to the organization.
It is possible for the user with the appropriate permissions to edit the thresholds.

KPIs Breakdown
Using the KPI breakdown, you can find out how many units of the organization meet the relevant parameter thresholds.
As shown in the pie display of KPI breakdown, the green slice represents the amount of units that are corresponding to the organization's default value.
All you need to do is select the relevant parameter, click "KPI Breakdown," and the data will appear. The example below shows that 34 units out of all the organization units fall within the desired range for the selected parameter.
Copy Settings
Through the KPI level “Copy Settings” tool, the organizational information parameters mentioned above can be copied and override other units KPI parameters within the organization. As with unit level "Copy Setting", the tool behaves similarly, but only refers to the parameters of that particular tool.
