My Contacts

Contacts Management is a solution to manage individuals who can be assigned to units such as vehicle drivers.

Adding contacts can serve several purposes:

Contact display details like contact name, phone number, expiration date, and assigned asset.

Contacts Management allows you to watch and edit all the organization’s contact information.

 

  1. To select/edit a specific Contact click on the line of the contact. After you click on a specific Contact you will see the extra information about it, in the right corner section

  2. Contacts Report - A Contacts report contains a complete list of the Contacts of the organization. By using this feature, the organization will be able to manage data in a more organized manner to improve its overall view.

  3. Refresh the Contact list

4. Remove Contact - Choose the relevant Contact and click “Remove”

The contact tab provides personal information about the contact including name, address, phone, email, and remarks.

  • Picture - Add a picture of contact for quick and simple identification.

  • Default Contact - The contact is the default driver of the vehicle. If a driver is set as the default driver, he always appears on the unit regardless of any other driver identification operation.

  • Auto Immobilizing - Auto Immobilization of the asset allows all the drivers to be assigned to a unit. This means that once the driver utilizes a driver identification device, the server identifies the name of the driver and sends a signal to the unit to allow mobilization of the vehicle. There is a risk in the auto immobilizing feature, if there is no communication the driver will not be able to turn on the engine if it is a keypad you may define a secret code on the unit for such cases.

  • License - Provides information on the type, id, and expiration of the contact's license for monitoring and tracking purposes.

  • Identification Code - Unique code is used for driver identification via the Dallas key for asset mobilization and identification.

    The Dallas key includes 14 characters.
