The Audit tool is a security and documentation tool that allows you to see all the operations made on any object, by any user, in all Galooli solution, in your organization.

The audit tool shows all actions of all users and helps carefully manage the authorization of your users. It is Galooli’s recommendation to allow only Manager-level users to access the audit tool.

With the Audit tool you will be able:

• To search for any actions that were performed by any user on any object in the systems by time and by free text in one centralized place

• Visualize the classification of users and actions by using a graphical view

• Get an Audit report

1. Date Range - Select the desired date range (by default it is a week, up to 30 days ago).
   
   

2. The search bar - Information can be located by any parameter.
   
   

3. Execute the search.
   
   

4. Users Graph - Distribution of operations by users.
   
   

5. Actions Graph - Distribution of operations by actions.
   
   

6. Audit Report - The Audit report will be emailed to the user. Based on the selected date range, the report contains the same data as it appears in the table below.
   
   

7. Audit Table - The audit table lists the actions, the users who performed them, and more. The information displayed depends on the date range selected (only full permissions users).
   
   *In case a calibration table is modified, you can quickly navigate to that table inside the My Calibrations Tool by clicking the relevant button.
