Log-In Process

It is very easy and intuitive for the user to log in to the Galooli Solution. There are several ways in which you can log in:

  • Enter your username (Email) and the password

  • Choose one of the SSO log-in options, such as Microsoft, Apple, Google, or Corporate log-in

  • Five incorrect password attempts will result in the user being locked out for 30 minutes

Users who forget their password may click “Forgot/ Reset Password” to receive an email to their recovery email and reset their password. More information about password resetting way is found here.

Auto Logout

  • Expired Token - Generally, the system does not automatically log out users due to inactivity. However, there is a token that lasts for 24 hours. After this period, the token is removed. Therefore, upon establishing the first contact with the server, either by the user or by the system, the user will be logged out. It is nevertheless recommended that a preventative measures be implemented on the workstations and employee computers, such as a password-protected screen saver.

  • Hard Validation - When a user is connected to the system, automatic validation is performed every 5 minutes to ensure their validity. If, within five minutes of the user's permissions being altered, the system automatically disconnects the user.

Solution Limitations

  • Once a user has successfully logged into the system, the system checks which application the user used last, and then navigates the user to that application if he or she still has access to it. In the event that the user does not have the required permissions, the system will navigate the user to the Panorama, Pro, and Manager applications until the appropriate permissions are found.

  • Multiple Logins
If login is performed in the same browser (chrome for example) at different tabs for different organizations at the same time, a message will appear in all open tabs, except for the tab where the user is found, that a system-initiated logout has been performed to prevent unnecessary information from being merged between the tabs

  • Opening Multiple Tabs

Different Galooli applications support the option of opening links in a new tab or window. By doing this, you will be able to open several applications in the same organization at once.

Please note that this option is only available to tools from different application, i.e., the NOC application and PRO application can be opened simultaneously in different tabs/windows, but it is not possible to open two different tools from the Manager application at the same time.
