This feature integrates a platform that offers online form filling (JotForm) and Galooli's software solutions.
The solution meets 3 main basic needs:
Online forms for documentation purposes, for example, site surveys, installation forms, and others. You can use pre-made forms or create forms by yourself to facilitate and save time for the field technician. If necessary, the information can be sent to several parties in the organization for review and approval.
Secure saving and managing data via Galooli solutions. All documented data will be kept in one neat place. Our systems enable the filtering and sorting capabilities of the data. The information will be accessible in a user-friendly environment to all users
Data updating capability is another and more advanced capability offered as part of the Forms Gate solution. This feature allows updating data within an existing Galooli gateway via the same online form mentioned above. When looking at large scales of information updates, this feature is the perfect benefit for the user.
