Generator X Not In Auto Run Hours

The total hours the generator spent in manual mode over the period selected. Here is how the calculation is performed:

  • There must be a minimum of 15 minutes between the last broadcast and the current broadcast, unless it is a SWAN gateway, in which case it must be a maximum of 75 minutes.

  • Generator_X.Running = True AND Generator Working Mode is not Auto

 

Generator X Initial Engine Hours

The first/ last record of the engine hour value for the selected time range. 
Based on the field Site_Global.DGX_Engine_Hours.

Data aggregation should be performed on the fields on a daily basis.

 

Generator X Final Engine Hours

 

Generator X Galooli Engine Hours

The field results are calculated as the higher value between the Generator X running time and Total engine hours fields.

 

Generator X Total Engine Hours

The total hours the engine was running in the selected time range. Based on the field Site_Global.DGX_Engine_Hours.

Data aggregation should be performed on the fields on a daily basis

 

Generator X Overall [Liter/H]

The fuel rate of the generator in terms of a liter per hour. The fuel rate is calculated according to the fuel consumed (including drops) and the engine hours.

The total amount of fuel consumed (including fuel drops) in the selected time range.

 

Generator X Fuel Sensor Operational Consumption [Liter/H]

The fuel rate of the generator in terms of a liter per hour. The fuel rate is calculated according to the fuel consumed (not including drops) and the engine hours.

 

Generator X Operational Fuel [Liter]

The total amount of fuel consumed (not including fuel drops) in the selected time range.

 

Generator X Fuel Drops

Number of fuel drops in the selected time range.

Number of refuels in the selected time range.

 

Generator X Total Refueled [Liter]

The total amount of fuel that was refueled in the selected time range.

 

Generator X Ignition Count

Number of generator ignitions during the selected time range.

  • Add an ignition to the counter if Site Global Generator X Running was false in the previous record, and true in the current record (state changed from false to true)

  • Ignore records where Site Global Generator X Running is false AND Generator X Disconnected is true

Generator X Initial Fuel [Liter]

The fuel level of the generator in the first/last record in the selected time range.

 

Generator X Final Fuel [Liter]

 

Generator X Minimum Fuel Level [Liter]

The minimum fuel level value of the generator in the selected time range.

The minimum and a maximum frequency of the generator in the selected time range.

The minimum and a maximum voltage of the generator's battery in the selected time range.

Generator X Oil Pressure Max, Min, Avg* [kPa]

The minimum, maximum and average oil pressure of the generator in the selected time range.

 

Generator X Total Flow Meter Fuel [Volume]

Fuel consumption from a dedicated sensor (Flow Meter) on a daily basis.

 

Generator X Average Flow Rate [Volume\Hour]

The daily average of fuel that passed through the sensor (Flow Meter per hour.

 



Generator X - Galooli Operational Consumption [Liter/H]

Whenever there's an illogical result in the sensor fuel consumption reading (Generator X Fuel Sensor Operational Consumption [Liter/H]), the field will show an assessment of the fuel consumption based on the following:

  1. Final and initial fuel levels considering drops and refuels.

  2. Fuel consumption patterns of the generator.

  3. Estimated consumption based on generator's load and the KVA

Aggregated Mode Calculation Logic:

Average CPH over X days is calculated as, SUM(Galooli CPH (daily) * Galooli engine hours (daily))/SUM(Galooli engine hours (aggregated))

  • Days with a value of 0 are ignored in the calculation.

  • If all values are 0, the result will be displayed as 0.

Provide the estimated fuel consumption tailored to the generator's specific KVA, calculated based on the generator's load.

Total time (hours) generator 1 was running.

Based on records where Site_Global.Generator X_Running = Yes.
