Reports Results

Following the extraction of the report, a new window will provide a view of the report. The report interface varies from report to report, but each report will contain one or more of the components as indicated below:

  1. Each column can be filtered, sorted, and items can be searched.

  2. Group by column - you can group the report by the different columns and then filter the information more accurately. Simply drag the relevant column name to the new grouping field and the report will be grouped immediately.

After that, you can use the new box on the top to filter and sort the group.

  1. By clicking on a specific unit in the end report, you can switch between the following applications:

    • Panorama

    • Manager >> My units

  2. The report allow various mathematical calculations on each column. By right-clicking at the bottom of any column, the following functions are available:

  • Min: Displays the minimum value in the column.

  • Max: Shows the maximum value in the column.

  • Span: Calculates the difference between the maximum and minimum values.

  • Count: Counts the number of entries in the column.

  • Sum: Totals all values in the column.

  • Avg: Finds the average of the values in the column.

  • None: Clears any calculations applied to the column.

This setup allows for quick, flexible data analysis on individual columns.

  1. Export – The user can export the data to PDF, CSV, and Excel files. In order to adapt the PDF file to the user's needs, different settings can be used before exporting. It is possible to use either the portrait or landscape display, and you can change the page size if necessary.

In the event that the PDF file is larger than 20 x 2000 cells, the export button will be disabled (marked with a red dot) and a message will appear when the user hovers over the execution button.

  1. Map and Graph View - The report results can be presented in alternative formats beyond a standard data table:

  • Map View - Event and Detailed reports can be displayed on a map

  • Graph View - all report types are available in graph format. The fields names will be displayed in the detailed report graph. When you hover over a graph, the name of the field will appear.

Clicking on a particular point on the graph will highlight the row that represents that data.

Summary Report Graph View

Smooth Graph Display (For detailed reports)

The detailed graph view offers the option to switch between a "smooth" graph view and a regular graph view. If the checkbox is marked, then the graph view will be a smooth line (e.g. not dotted). It is more useful to find momentary jumps if the checkbox is not marked.

Y Axis Auto Scale (For all reports)

This feature allows the Y-axis to begin at the lowest value in the graph, rather than always starting at 0, making it easier to identify trends.

Graph Display Slider

The graph display have the ability to expand or shrink the field selection area. This allows easier viewing of fields with long names or reducing the panel size to gain more space for the graph itself.

Graph Performance

Graph behavior defines how a chart is initially rendered andisplayed to the user when a report is opened. It determines which parameters are automatically selected, how many data series are shown by default, and how the system balances usability, visual clarity, and performance. In PRO reports, graph behavior mainly affects the initial load state of charts—especially when working with multiple analog parameters—while still allowing users full control to modify selections after the graph is displayed.
