NOC Reports
This feature is available only to organizations with a Gold license.
The NOC report provides detailed information about alarms configured and displayed by the NOC application.
The alarm time in the NOC report is in UTC ±. The time defined in the organization's settings.

Alarms Tracker Report

| The Alarms Tracker Report displays alarms that were active or open during the selected report time range. An alarm is included in the report if its activation time is before the end of the selected range and its deactivation time is after the beginning of the selected range. Open alarms are also included when they are relevant to the selected report time range. |
Alarms Detailed Log
Starting November 16, 2025, the NOC “Alarms Detailed Log” report will retain only six months of historical data.

Field Name | Description |

Alarm Name | Name of the alarm that appeared in the NOC solution |
Alarm Activation Time | The first time that the alarm appears in the NOC solution |
Alarm Duration | The duration of the alarm Duration. calculated as the time difference between the report run time and the alarm activation time |
Alarm Deactivation Time | The time that the system/user deactivates the alarm in the NOC Application |
Alarm Ticket Number | The number of the ticket that has opened by the system/user in the NOC Application |
Alarm Criticality | The field displays the criticality level of the NOC alarm |
Alarm Id | The alarm ID as configured in the NOC Application |
Alarm Category Name | The category of the alarm as configured in the NOC Application |
Alarm Acknowledge Time | The time that the system/user acknowledged the alarm in the NOC Application |
Alarm Closing Time | The time that the system/user cleared the alarm in the NOC Application |
Alarm Ticket Time Stamp | The tenant’s name is related to the alarm. This file will display only the tenants that the user has permission to see |
