Generator X Total Manual Mode Hours

The total hours the generator spent in manual mode over the period selected. Here is how the calculation is performed:

  • There must be a minimum of 15 minutes between the last broadcast and the current broadcast, unless it is a SWAN gateway, in which case it must be a maximum of 75 minutes.

  • Generator_X.Running = True AND Generator_X.Working Mode = Manual

 

Generator X Initial Engine Hours

The first/ last record of the engine hour value for the selected time range. 
Based on the field Site_Global.DGX_Engine_Hours.

Data aggregation should be performed on the fields on a daily basis.

The fuel rate of the generator in terms of a liter per hour. The fuel rate is calculated according to the fuel consumed (including drops) and the engine hours.

The total amount of fuel consumed (including fuel drops) in the selected time range.

 

Generator X Fuel Sensor Operational Consumption [Liter/H]

The fuel rate of the generator in terms of a liter per hour. The fuel rate is calculated according to the fuel consumed (not including drops) and the engine hours.

The total amount of fuel consumed (not including fuel drops) in the selected time range.

 

Generator X Fuel Drops

Number of fuel drops in the selected time range.

Fuel consumption from a dedicated sensor (Flow Meter) on a daily basis.

The daily average of fuel that passed through the sensor (Flow Meter per hour.

 



Generator X - Galooli Operational Consumption [Liter/H]

Whenever there's an illogical result in the sensor fuel consumption reading (Generator X Fuel Sensor Operational Consumption [Liter/H]), the field will show an assessment of the fuel consumption based on the following:

  1. Final and initial fuel levels considering drops and refuels.

  2. Fuel consumption patterns of the generator.

  3. Estimated consumption based on generator's load and the KVA

Generator X Load Based Consumption [Liter/H]

Provide the estimated fuel consumption tailored to the generator's specific KVA, calculated based on the generator's load.

Generator load [%] = (Generator1/2 Load Power - Avg [kW])/(0.8 * Additional info → Generator.Generator1/2.KVA)

 

 

*Zeros are ignored in the calculation of averaged fields
