Unstable Grid
Active/Description/Activation Date

This field indicates whether the site's grid is stable or experiencing outages or partial availability, providing insights into the grid's reliability and operational status.

  • Logic:

    • The grid is considered unstable if there are more than five outages or if one or more grid phases were partially available for over an hour.

    • When active, it provides detailed outage statistics, including the number, duration, and severity of outages or phase failures.

    • Recommended actions guide users on resolving instability, such as inspecting connections or equipment.

Imbalanced Grid Phases
Active/Description/Activation Date

This field detects imbalances in load or voltage across grid phases, helping to prevent potential equipment damage, inefficiency, and operational risks.

  • Logic:

    • Activated when load or voltage distribution across phases deviates significantly or exceeds defined thresholds.

    • Provides detailed metrics on current and voltage imbalances, highlighting problematic phases.

    • Suggested corrective actions focus on balancing loads or verifying grid supply integrity.

Grid Peak Hours Inefficient Usage
Active/Description/Activation Date

This field evaluates grid energy usage during peak hours versus off-peak hours, aiming to optimize energy costs by adjusting battery charging schedules.

  • Logic:

    • Activated when grid energy consumption during peak hours exceeds off-peak hours.

    • Identifies potential causes such as non-optimized battery charging or incorrect rectifier settings.

    • Offers actionable recommendations to shift battery charging to off-peak hours and ensure rectifier configurations are correct.

Grid Credit - Initial Balance [KWH]

The grid credit balance of the first day in the selected time range.

If the additional information field “Balance Update Date” is the date the report was executed on, the initial credit balance will be equal to the additional information field “Balance kWh”.

Grid Credit - Final Balance [KWH]

The grid credit balance of the last day in the selected time range.

The grid initial credit balance minus the energy from the grid that was supplied to the site (Grid Total kWh). The data source for the grid kWh can be the grid AC meter or the ATS AC meter.

Grid Credit - Estimated Days Left

The estimated number of days left until the grid credit balance will reach 0.

The estimation is done by estimating the energy consumption from the grid to the site. The estimated consumption is determined by the maximum value between the grid kWh supplied to the site on the previous day, to the average value of the grid kWh supplied to the site on the last 7 days.
