X-Ray Story

X-Ray Story

The X-Ray story introduces enhanced capabilities designed to provide a clearer and more interactive user experience. The story allows users to initiate manual X-Ray requests effortlessly and highlights invalid settings directly within the site's live view, offering real-time insights and actionable feedback.

This capability is, of course, an integral part of the other tools related to X-Ray, such as:

Last Update

Displays the date and time when the X-RAY was last executed.

Scan

Enables immediate execution of the X-Ray service with just a click, removing the need to wait for the mechanism's automatic daily run. Clicking the button seamlessly redirects you to the "Control Story," where you can easily access and initiate the "Scan" command.

  • When a request is sent, it may not be executed immediately. Instead, it will enter a queue managed by the server.

  • The button will be enabled for users with Control Commands set to True. For all other users, the button will be disabled.

  • After clicking the “Scan” button:

    • If no request is in the queue: A confirmation message will appear—"Are you sure you want to proceed?” This action will send a command to the system.

    • If a request is already in the queue from the last 24 hours, a notification will appear: "Scanning is already in progress. Please wait for it to complete." This ensures no duplicate requests are sent within a 24-hour period.

General Data

  • Invalid Configurations - If there are any configurations marked as invalid compared to the defined settings in X-Ray, this section will display a status indicator highlighting the issue. Additionally, it will show the total number of deviations from the defined configurations. If no invalid configurations are found, the message "No Invalid Configurations" will be displayed.

  • X-Ray Table - If at least one X-Ray table is configured for the site, the name of the attached table will be displayed with a green mark. If multiple devices have attached tables, the table names will be listed together. If no table is attached, the message "No X-Ray table attached" will be displayed, along with an red mark.

X-Ray KPI’s - Sections

The KPI’s list displays the parameters analyzed by the X-Ray. It provides an indicator showing whether each parameter is within or outside the defined range, alongside the actual value recorded from the field. The table is organized into sections for better clarity and structure.
