  • Keep Awake Feature - If the app is open on the screen (not in the background), the screen will not turn off.

Galooli Mobile is available only for smart phones. Tablets of any kind are not supported by this application

Log In

The login screen facilitates a quick and easy login process. The logging in is possible in two ways:

  • Username and password

    • Using this option, all you need to do is enter your Galooli email address and password.

    • The mobile application in this case includes a feature that automatically logs you in. This means that once you log in to the application, you will remain logged in until you log out.

  • Single Sign On (SSO)

    • The SSO login option allows you to login to the mobile app in a variety of ways, depending on your mobile device.

    • There is an impact on the automatic login process when using an SSO login option. Please refer to the table below for more information.

  • Hard Validation - When a user is connected to the system, automatic validation is performed every 5 minutes to ensure their validity. If, within five minutes of the user's permissions being altered, the system automatically disconnects the user.

  • Multiple Logins - When attempting to log in with the same user in another Galooli Mobile App, the user will be forced to log out.

  • Organizational Renaming - Changing the name of an organization will result in the immediate disconnect of all users.

Permissions

After the first login, a permission request screen will appear. Galooli requires user permission to access the user’s location. Confirming this permission is highly recommended because location services are a critical part of using the Galooli app.

Galooli Mobile App Reset Password

In case you forgot your password or would like to reset to a new password, you can easily and independently take care of this issue via the password recovery/reset option that Galooli provides.

  1. Click on the “Forgot password?” button

  2. Follow the steps of the password change process

  3. At the end of the process, you will receive an email that allows you to change your password

Users who do not have a verified email will not be able to reset their password on their own and will have to verify their email based on the email verification process with Galooli support
