X-Ray KPIs
X-Ray KPIs menu provides access to the X-Ray real values, as well as the ability to link the X-Ray table parameters to different devices and see the X-Ray valid ranges.
There are one submenu within the X-Ray KPIs menu: X-Ray Definitions.
X-Ray Definitions
The X-ray definitions menu allows you to select a table of predetermined parameters and connect it to a specific device. This table will affect the X-Ray Parameters section in the Panorama Application. Table selection is accomplished through the dropdown menu (under the table name), which displays all tables within the organization. Furthermore, bulk updates feature can be used to attach tables to many sites simultaneously.
Rectifiers Group
In the Communication Parameters column, you should specify:
The IP address of the rectifier - If the address are different from the default IP, it is necessary to write the address in the following manner:
ip:xxxxx;read-community:xxxxx;write-community:xxxxxA semicolon (;) should separate the parameters, without any spaces between them.
It is not necessary to enter all parameters, but only those that you wish to change from the default settings.
The configurations affect all types of gateways.
Smart Batteries Group
The Smart Batteries group manages advanced configuration options for sites equipped with multiple lithium batteries (LIBs). This group allows defining communication parameters for all batteries under a site — particularly the baud rate used for data exchange with X-Ray.
To accommodate setups where all batteries are of the same type, you can set a default baud rate for all batteries using the field:
baudrate: xxx— defines the baud rate for all batteries at the site (e.g., 115200 or 9600).
If one or more batteries require a different communication speed, you can override the default for a specific unit using:
baudrate-y: xxx— assigns a unique baud rate to a specific battery (y represents the battery index).
Edit & Remove X-Ray Table
To remove an X-Ray table, the user must first separate all associated units from the table by selecting "blank" option under the "Table Name" field.
