Preview (Live View)

By clicking the Preview button, the streaming will be opened in a new tab. There is a maximum time limit of 10 minutes for the video. Should the tab remain open after 10 minutes, an error message will appear and the user can click a link to open another stream for 10 minutes.

The popup includes:

  • Camera filter dropdown, available when more than one camera is installed

  • Date range filter, showing the last 30 days by default

  • Scrollable snapshot list with timestamps

  • Snapshot preview area

Each snapshot row includes:

  • View icon to open the snapshot in full screen

  • Download icon to download the snapshot

Notes

Each time the camera saves a snapshot:

a. The gateway detects the image and uploads it to the cloud. If there is no internet connection, the images will not be sent in real time, but they will be uploaded once communication is restored. If the gateway cannot send the images, it can store up to 500 snapshots.

b. A copy of the image is added to the snapshots local folder of the Galooli user. This allows user with specific permissions to check the latest images captured by the gateway. This folder is also limited to the latest 500 snapshots; older images are deleted automatically.

Alarms

  • When the Ultragate receives a snapshot from the camera, an alarm is triggered in parallel to the image.

  • The alarm remains active for 5 minutes from the original snapshot time. The alarm transmission is not synchronized with the image upload.

  • Like other alarms in the system, the Ultragate reports the event in the next regular gateway transmission.

  • Since the gateway usually transmits once per minute, the event time displayed in Panorama may appear about one minute after the actual motion event.

  • The event continues to be reported in following transmissions until 5 minutes have passed from the original snapshot time.

  • Camera X Disconnection (Integrity)

  • Camera X Internal Alarm (Urgent) = Movement (Snapshot)/Schedule Snapshot
