Locating our system keys in order to enjoy our Forms Gate solution was never easier!

Simply go to our premium Pro application, select the required report and fields, and click the Forms Gate Info button - we will find the supported fields for you!

See below for detailed, step-by-step instructions:

  1. Choose the fields that you want to update via the form.

2. Copy the fields that support the data update feature.

  1. Paste the fields in the “Email Content” section in the Jotform platform. The system keys should replace the names of the previous fields that you create. if you did not create any fields yet, then first create them and then change the names.

If the fields that you copied from "Forms Gate Info" contain a dot ".", it must be replaced by two underscores ('__').
