Forms Gate Usage
After an online form has been filled out by the organization employee, the summary of the form is sent to the person who filled out the form, to the manager (if required), and to Galooli’s internal mailbox for the purpose of processing the information and display it in the Forms Gate solution.
Forms Gate solution provides a convenient tool for supervising, managing, and monitoring data updates request in one place.
Our solution enables the filtering and sorting capabilities of the data. The information will be accessible to all users of the system in a user-friendly environment.
Documentation Observation
All the information from the form will appear in the Galooli Manager application >> Forms Gate. The solution displays basic data from the online form as you can see in the picture below.
The information can be easily sorted and filtered.
The information includes a PDF file for easy viewing of the data. Click on the relevant form and then click on the PDF icon.
To view the changes made to the form through the forms gate solution itself, click on the relevant form and then click on "View Changes".
Documents Approval
To use the editing options via the form, the representative responsible for the process in your organization must approve the edit through the Galooli Manager application >> Forms Gate as shown in the image below. Click on the relevant form and then click on “Approve”.
Updated Data Observation
The data in the Galooli solution is updated immediately after logging out and log in back into the system.
