System Alarms

The system alarms receives data from two different sources simultaneously:

  • Galooli's internal logic - The internal logic activates and creates a system alarm if analog values received from different devices are different from a threshold value. Some thresholds are adjustable by the user via the "Device Configuration", while others are hardcoded.
As soon as the analog values are above the threshold values, a hardcoded digital alarm is generated and the system alarm is activated.

An analog value exceeds an analog threshold value >> Internal digital alarm activated >> A system alarm is activated

  • Device Logic - Alarms are collected directly from the various components on the site (i.e., we read a digital value that indicates an alarm. The alarms are configured by the manufacturer of the device.

NOC Alarms

NOC alarms are a set of alarms developed specifically for the NOC application. Categorizing the alarms into different categories makes it easier for the user to configure them. Based on the alarms, you can get a good idea of what extreme conditions are on site. For the benefit of our customers, Galooli has built each alarm with its own hardcoded threshold. Updates are made to the alarms list on a regular basis.
