Techbase NPE X500H M4S32 Installation and Configuration
If you installing the Techbase NPE X500H M4S32 directly without a cabinet tray, please refer to the link bellow. The installation is same as Techbase NPE X500 M3 model.

Preparation
Required Equipment
USB to USB mini (SRV) cable for configuration via the computer
Ethernet cable
Screwdriver (Slotted & Phillips)
Micro SIM Card
Galooli cabinet tray - Cabinet Tray Set

Techbase NPE X500H M4S32 unit GSM antenna
Power cables for the Techbase NPE X500 M3 unit + two-pin female connector- two cables with a thickness of 0.5mm. The length of the cables is determined by the distance between the power supply and the Techbase NPE X500H M4S32 unit
Power source for the cabinet tray (12-60v).
All the Sensors, Accessories & Devices that you wish to connect to the RTU unit

Techbase NPE X500H M4S32 Galooli Image File
This file should be extracted after the download via any zip platform like 7-zip or WinRAR.
Download Balena Etcher - The configuration platform that you should download and install.
Download rpiboot - A background program that you should download and install.
Project’s Wiring diagram - Provided by Galooli Support.
Note! Make sure your computer recognizes the COM port at the “Device Manager”. Otherwise, install the proper driver.
Sim Card and Antenna Connection
Make sure the SIM card s properly inserted.
Each unit should be fitted with a micro SIM card which will enable cellular data communication between the Techbase and Galooli cloud servers.
Insert the SIM into the device until you hear a click:
Connect the GSM antenna to the left dedicated socket.
Cabinet Tray Connection
Connect the tray to a power source via main input fuse (12-60v).
The should be connected to the red part and the should be connected to the black part. If the connection is made the other way around, it will cause a short circuit and can be very dangerous.
Connect the green connectors to the Techbase, this will supply power, and grounding, and extend its inputs to the gray terminal.

Ensure that the LEDs are permanently illuminated.
