The latest version of the NOC application includes features that reflect an open dialogue with our customers and Galooli’s desire to facilitate and improve system usage. This article contains information about the main features.

  • Remove Non-Certification Unit's Active Alarms
    In the event that a unit has an active alarm on the NOC and its certification is deleted, the alarm will be automatically removed from the NOC.

  • Ticketing System Without Unit Site ID
    Units without a "Site ID" will not be included in the automatic ticket creation process.
