The latest version update of the SPACES includes features that reflect open dialogue with our customers and Galooli’s desire to facilitate and improve system usage.

  • “Clear Non-Active Alarms” and the search bar button have been moved to a new location

  • Each time the column is filtered, the column will turn yellow

  • Each time data filtering is used in the table, a dedicated indicator appears at the top of the table

  • Each column can now be locked by right-clicking the column name and selecting “Fix”

  • Cancel default columns (The definition is for the whole organization together)

  • New ticketing system configuration:

    Auto - Tickets will open automatically with each alarm, without human intervention (On condition a unique integration is performed through Galooli)

Manual - All ticketing options are made manually

 

  • Read-only category - A user can make a new or existing category as a read-only category. The read-only category can be used for view purposes and it will not be possible to acknowledge alarms, open tickets, or add comments.
