The latest version of the Pro application includes features that reflect an open dialogue with our customers and Galooli’s desire to facilitate and improve system usage. This article contains information about the main features.

• Calculated Fields
  An extensive behavioral and visual renewal process was conducted on the calculated fields feature in order to enhance the user experience. In general calculated fields allows you to perform calculations between different fields that you have within the report you have created, so you are not required to export the report to any third side software. The tool allows you to create personal reports that are suitable for the organization and provides you with a great deal of flexibility
  
  The most valuable changes are as follows:

  • You will now be able to perform all types of calculations using the system, the numerical and textual fields and functions are no longer separated.

  • A number of new functions have been added

  • A new icon is displayed in the calculated fields to indicate that they are calculated fields and to provide access to the field editing window

  • Use an existing calculated field to a new calculated field

  • Adding new fields to the report while working on a calculated field

• Public Reports
  The feature allows users to set a favorite report/dashboard as "public" so all the organization users will be able to view it in the Analytics Center. Using the feature, the main analyst can share insights with his colleagues, and make seamless updates and version changes.

• New X-Ray Fields
  The Galooli fields list contains a new group named "X-RAY". This new group of fields consists of old fields that have been moved from the "Additional Info" group and new fields related to the My X-Ray tool.
  
  

• Embedded Dashboards
  A new product from Galooli's Platinum license plan that allows partners to embed Galooli analytics dashboards within their own internal platforms with customized views and branding. In order to display the dashboard, the client will receive an API Key from Galooli.
  
  

• Report Comments
  There is now an option to create a comment in new and existing reports. Comments will be displayed in Panorama's Analytics mode and in the Pro application.

• User Removal
  In the upcoming version, when a user is removed from the system and he has scheduled reports within his account, these reports will be canceled and a system log will be added to the Audit tool.
  
  

• Exported Date Field Format
  When exported to Excel, date fields will be displayed in "Date-Time" format.
