The Manager offers the ability to define preferences to make it easier to begin working with the system.
To access the preferences, click Organization Preferences under Organization in the left menu.
The page will display all current preferences as set by the organization.
My Branding
My Branding section defines the logo the user will view upon accessing different platforms' login screens.

My Preferences
My preferences allow the admin to define properties on the entire organizational level - such as time offset, date/time format & default language, which will impact some different platforms' features & Email notifications associated with the organization.
By default, the times reflected in different platforms (according to the server time) are in the GMT zone. Using the portal, the admin can change the time zone to match the local time.

My Notification Preferences
Notification preferences are global definitions of event notifications.
The events themselves are defined at the unit level, and the notification recipients can be defined at the user, group, or cluster levels.
The portal provides the ability to enable global definitions for the entire organization without having to make the same definitions multiple times.
SMS Service

My Dimensions
Notifications are often accompanied by dimension units, usually in the event of exceeding or going below a specific value.
By default, the dimensions in different platforms are set according to the metric system, but this can be changed within the Manager as follows:
