| The main purpose of the SDK Allowed IPs tool is to permit users within the organization to utilize the SDK solution via specific IP addresses. It is not mandatory to set an IP address, but it is highly recommended. In the absence of a dedicated IP address, you may use the SDK tool's IP address from all IP address. The use of the SDK solution is possible for users at the “Manager” or “Administrator” authorization level Add/Edit IP Address Click on the “pencil” icon
Make sure that the IP address that you have entered corresponds to the same External IP address of your service/server - you can do this by googling “What is my IP address” It is advisable to allocate an external static IP address and not a dynamic external IP address, as a dynamic address will change once your router has reset or due to any maintenance operations on your ISP side - for additional information, please contact your local ISP company |
