Separate the names of the tenants by a comma (“,”) without any spaces between the comma and the tenant's names

If the user is expected to see all tenants, the word "Any" should be used.

In the event that the default 30 seconds query interval of the SDK needs to be changed, please contact Galooli support. Only Admin permissions user can see and change the SDK query Interval.

SDK Allowed IPs

The main purpose of the SDK Allowed IPs tool is to permit users within the organization to utilize the SDK solution. The SDK solution is an online tool, which allows the user to administer IP address allocation, associated with a specific user.

The use of the SDK solution is possible for users at the “Manager” or “Administrator” authorization level

Add/Edit IP Address

Make sure that the IP address that you have entered corresponds to the same External IP address of your service/server - you can do this by googling “What is my IP address”

Disable User

The option of temporarily disabling the user. In the event that action is taken, the following consequences will occur:

• The user will not be able to access Galooli platforms. Upon attempting to log in, the user will receive an error message indicating that he has been disabled and should contact the organization's administrator

• Scheduled reports generated by the user will not be sent to recipients

• The user's automations will not be executed

• In the organization's user list, the user's name will be highlighted in red
