The latest version of the Configuration Center solution includes features that reflect an open dialogue with our customers and Galooli’s desire to facilitate and improve system usage. This article contains information about the main features.
With this version, the login process for the Configuration Center will be changed. Access to the systems will require the entry of a username and password.
Here are a few highlights of the new process:You must be a Galooli Solution user to access Configuration Center.
If you are unable to register despite recovering your password, you must verify that you have the appropriate permissions to access Configuration Center platform. The permissions called “Hardware Configuration Tools” - General Authorization Permission.
Users who forget their password should reset the password via the Galooli Solution platform - How to Reset Password?.
If you are a global user, please enter the name of the organization you wish to log in to after the email, using the "&" symbol.
Upon one successful registration, you will no longer be required to enter a username or password.
