Preferences

The Manager offers the ability to define preferences to make it easier to begin working with the system.

To access the preferences, click Organization Preferences under Organization in the left menu.

The page will display all current preferences as set by the organization.

My Branding

My Branding section defines the logo the user will view upon accessing different platforms' login screens.

Logo	You may add a logo of the organization to reflect your brand. To add the logo click Change and select the relevant image. Please note images should be 230x130 pixels to appear properly on different platforms. A preview of the image will appear on different platforms

My Preferences

My preferences allow the admin to define properties on the entire organizational level - such as time offset, date/time format & default language, which will impact some different platforms' features & Email notifications associated with the organization.
By default, the times reflected in different platforms (according to the server time) are in the GMT zone. Using the portal, the admin can change the time zone to match the local time.

Date - Time Format	Allows the user to choose between 6 date & time formats - note the difference in bold & red between each line:

Workweek (Affects directly the display of symmery reports)	Sunday - Saturday Monday - Sunday
Work Hours	Define the organization's working hours. Setting the work hours of the organization will affect the calculation of new summary reports: -Distance Travelled In Working Hours [KM] (Working category) -Distance Travelled Out Of Working Hours [KM] (Working category) -Overall Consumed In Working Hours [Liter] (Working - Fuel category) -Overall Consumed Out Of Working Hours [Liter] (Working - Fuel category)

My Notification Preferences

Notification preferences are global definitions of event notifications.
The events themselves are defined at the unit level, and the notification recipients can be defined at the user, group, or cluster levels.
The portal provides the ability to enable global definitions for the entire organization without having to make the same definitions multiple times.

SMS Service

Input matrix table:

Input Name	Description
Service Name	The SMSC service name as given by the service provider Please note - If you do not currently have an SMS provider, Galooli offers an SMS service. contact your Account Manager for additional details
SMS Prefix	Indicates the name which will appear in the title of the SMS - e.g
SMS Postfix	Defines the SMS title name - which appears in the SMS list of your cellphone
Credit Plan	The payment plan is agreed upon with the service provider. Plans can include a monthly bundle with a credit limit that refreshes every month or a one-time bundle for a set amount of credit
Total Bundle Credit (per month)	Managers can limit the SMS amount per organization to ensure a cap figure distribution of messages per Cluster
Default Cluster Limit	Managers can limit the SMS amount per Cluster to ensure even distribution of the total amount of SMSs

Email Service

Input matrix table:

Use Galooli default settings	The user can choose Galooli default settings instead of his settings
Source email	Email address to be displayed as the source of the email
Display name	Name to be displayed as the sender of the email
Outgoing mail server (SMTP)	Server the email will be sent from
Mail server user name	Access info to the server to send the email
Mail server password	Access info to the server to send the email

My Dimensions

Notifications are often accompanied by dimension units, usually in the event of exceeding or going below a specific value.
By default, the dimensions in different platforms are set according to the metric system, but this can be changed within the Manager as follows:
