Administration reports offer management reports for system administrators.
POI
POI report displays a list of all POIs & geofences belonging to the selected organization, cluster, or group as defined in the system. The report includes type, status, and location.
The report can be run on the unit, group, cluster, or all organization
The data displayed is updated to the moment the report is run
Contact
The contacts report displays a list of all contacts assigned to the system including assigned units and groups.
The report can be run on the unit, group, cluster, or all organization

Service Log
The service Log report displays a log of comments created during the selected period.
The report can be run on the unit, group, cluster, or all organization
The report can run from one day to 3 months
SMS Log
SMS report displays a log of all SMS messages sent to users during the selected period.
The report offers filtering by events by choosing one or more events next to the date selector.
The report can be run on the unit, group, cluster, or all organization
The report can run from one day to 1 month
NOC Report
The NOC report provides detailed information about alerts configured and displayed by the NOC solution. For more information about the NOC report, please refer to the following document.

Alarm Name | Name of the alarm that appeared in the NOC solution |
Alarm Activation Time | The first time that the alarm appears in the NOC solution |
Alarm Deactivation Time | The time that the system/user deactivates the alarm in the NOC solution |
Alarm Ticket Number | The number of the ticket that has opened by the system/user in the NOC solution |

Alarm Ticket Time Stamp | The tenant’s name is related to the alarm. This file will display only the tenants that the user has permission to see |
