In some cases, a customer wishes to integrate a new hardware product that he intends to use into the Galooli systems and make it a defaulted product. New Integration process conducted by the client and Galooli together. In order to ensure that the product works and synchronizes with Galooli systems correctly, it is imperative that the process is completed accurately and according to the instructions attached to this document.

Client Part

It is the client's responsibility to gather all data relevant to the hardware product and carry out the following actions in the Galooli system.

  1. Gather the following data about the hardware product:

    1. Model

    2. Registry or OID’s

    3. Communication method

This information can be found in the product's technical specifications/datasheet. You may need to contact the manufacturer if necessary.

  1. Please ensure that the Elara gateway and the new device are in the office.

  2. Ensure that the new device is connected to your computer.

  3. Set the device ID using the manual guideline that came with the device. Keep a record of the device ID so you can use it later.

  4. Disconnect the device from the computer.

  5. Download the Galooli Power Center platform.

  6. Assemble the Elara gateway and connect it to a power source and your computer.

  7. Connect the the new device to the Elara gateway.

  8. Open the Power Center and make a serial connection to the Elara gateway.

  9. Configure the new device in the Power Center:
