Unit properties tab is intended to set the unit's name and id and to help identify the unit in the map, dashboards, and reports.
Unit Id - The ID of the unit installed in the asset.
Activation Date - Set the date the unit was activated.
Name - Name of the unit as it will be displayed on the map, dashboards, and reports. Please be sure the name allows for easy and proper identification of the unit.
Description - A clear description of the unit.
Remarks - Open text for adding special remarks.
Layout Code - Not applicable for mobile units.
Stationary Units - Not valid for mobile units.
Diagnostics Unit - Not valid for mobile units.
The system will also add notification of the last update time and by whom. At all times remember to click Save to enter the information in the systems, even when moving between tabs.
