Organization GMT Time Offset

Allows the user to set the local time of his organization settings - offset from GMT+0 to GMT +/- 23.

The information provided here will be the default for all units within the organization. At the cluster level, the default can be changed if necessary

Date - Time Format

Allows the user to choose between 6 date & time formats - note the difference in bold & red between each line:

Default Language

Allows the manager to choose between 8 language options for their automated email reports associated with their organization

Service Name

The SMSC SMS service name as given by the service provider

Sending SMS through “My Automations” tool will be done through the service provider defined for each organization.

SMS Prefix

Indicates the name which will appear in the title of the SMS - e.g

SMS Postfix

Defines the SMS title name - which appears in the SMS list of your cellphone

Total Bundle Credit
(per month)

Managers can limit the SMS amount per organization to ensure a cap figure distribution of messages.

In order to disable the SMS service, the bundle must be set to 0.
