ID - This is the identification number of the unit in the field
Name - The name of the unit will appear on the map, dashboards, and reports. The name of the unit should be such that it can be quickly and properly identified
Description - A detailed description of the unit
Asset Type - Select the brand and model from the pre-set asset list
Stationary Unit - If there is a property that is not moving, such as a site, generator, or refueling tank, the location will be frozen. When it is a stationary asset, the objective is to prevent small jumps in position. The stationary option is automatically selected if the layout is energy
Remarks - Open text for adding special remarks
Destination Emails - Add one or more email recipients for event notifications. Please note an email server should be updated in the system. Only events that are marked with email notifications will be delivered via email
Destination SMS - Add one or more phone numbers for SMS notifications. An international prefix is required. Please note an SMS service provider should be updated in the system. Only events that are marked with SMS notifications will be delivered via email
To separate the e-mail addresses and the phone numbers use a comma or enter
Last Update Time - The last time the unit was updated (Editing this field is not possible)
By User - Details of the user who made the last update
Image - This feature allows the user to add a picture of the asset to assist in identifying it.
Activation Date - Set the date the unit was activated. The information collected on the previous property will not be retained if the unit is transferred to another property/site and a new activation date is set.
Unit History - The history tab connects the history of the replaced unit to the new unit.
