Geofences management solution offers the user to view selected points of interest (POI) or to structure a virtual parameter within a specified geographical area (Geofence). Both POI and Geofence will appear in the map display and the user can request events that indicate the presence of the unit in or outside the desired Geofence.
Geofence can be associated with the organization, cluster, or group based on the preference of the user.
POI Table
To select/edit a specific POI click on the line. To choose all the POIs together click on the top square.
Name - Name of the POI as it will appear on different platforms
Type - Type of the POIs. Users may select between the following types: Radius, Polygon, Route, Point
Organization - To which organization the POI belongs
Fleet/Cluster - To which fleet/cluster the POI belongs
Group - To which group, the POI belongsRefresh POI
Remove POI - Choose the relevant POI and click “Remove”
Add POI
To create a POI just choose a place on the map and draw the POI.
After you finish the drawing, fill in the information about the POI and save the information.
