Documentation Form allows you to save time in documenting and collecting information by field technicians. The information is sent quickly and neatly by email with a PDF file attached. In addition, all the information is saved in Galooli solution systems.
In order that your form could integrate with the Galooli solution, the fields in the form should be written down in a specific way which will be detailed in the following steps:
Create a new form in your JotForm platform. The form must contain the next required fields:
Organization ID
Unit ID (gateway id) or Asset ID (internal organization number). It is mandatory to use at least one of the fields
Submit Email
Confirmation Email
Form name
2. Edit the names of the required fields in the output email notification as follows:
Settings >> Emails >> Edit icon
Locate the required fields and change the names of the field as follows:
Organization ID = KEY-SYS.ORGID
Unit ID or Asset ID = KEY-SYS.DEVICEID or SITEID (It is mandatory to use at least one of the fields)
Technician Email = KEY-SYS.SUBMIT.EMAIL
Confirmation Email = KEY-SYS.COMFIRM.EMAIL
Form name = KEY-FORM.NAME
3. Save the changes
4. Go back to your form and add any other desired fields
5. Send the form to the technician
6. After the technician fill in the form and submit it, all the information from the form appear in the
Customer Portal. The information can be easily sorted and filtered.
