Following the extraction of the report, a new window will provide a view of the report. The report interface varies from report to report, but each report will contain one or more of the components as indicated below:

  1. Export – The user can export the data to PDF, SCV, and Excel files. In order to adapt the PDF file to the user's needs, different settings can be used before exporting. It is possible to use either the portrait or landscape display, and you can change the page size if necessary

  2. + 3. Each column can be filtered and sorted. In addition, you will be able to group the report by the
    different columns and then filter the information more accurately. Simply drag the relevant column
    name to the new grouping field and the report will be grouped immediately.

After that, you can use the new box on the top to filter and sort the group.

4. The user can search for specific data via the search bar

Sum, Min, Max, Count, and Avg functions

The reports include the option to perform Sum, Min, Max, Count, and Avg functions when right-clicking at the bottom row of the table.

Report Graph View

Events and Detailed reports will present an additional map and graph inside the report results

  • Detailed Report Graph View
    The field name will be displayed in the detailed report graph. When you hover over a graph, the name of the field will appear.

  • Smooth Graph Display
    The detailed graph view offers the option to switch between a "smooth" graph view and a regular graph view. If the checkbox is marked, then the graph view will be a smooth line (e.g. not dotted). It is more useful to find momentary jumps if the checkbox is not marked.
