IOs Configuration

  1. Enter the Manager application >> My units >> Locate the unit and click on it >> Click on the “Configuration” tab >> IO’s

  2. Create two IOs (Analog input for the fuel measurement and Digital input for the fuel sensor connection status)

  3. Analog Input

    • Select site_global.fuel_X

    • Check the main fuel tank

    • Give it a meaningful name

    • Select the relevant calibration table

    • Check the “Panorama Display”

    • Apply to save the data

  4. Digital input

    • Choose site_global.fuel_1_disconnected

    • Give it a meaningful name

    • Display text: “connected-disconnected”

    • Check the “Panorama Display”

    • Apply to save.

Live Display Configuration

  1. Select the relevant unit on the organization tree.

  2. Navigate to live display.

  3. Select the config button.

  4. Under “Section: Generator”, check the “Fuel 1” and/or “Fuel 2

5. Navigate to the “Live Display” tab.

6. Check the “Layout Display” button.

7. Validate the fuel level indication

8. Record the fuel level value and input it in the calibration calculator section.

  • If we get a match, continue to the next document

  • Else, If we don’t, redo the calibration process.

9. Save the table with the name of the site
