The latest version of the Manager solution includes features that reflect open dialogue with our customers and Galooli’s desire to facilitate and improve system usage. This article contains information about the main features.

  • New Space Names for Galooli Web Solution
In the next version, Galooli's WEB solution will have updated names for the various spaces.

  • Multiple logins from the same browser
From the next version, if login is performed in the same browser (chrome for example) at different tabs for different organizations at the same time, a message will appear in all open tabs, except for the tab where the user is found, that a system-initiated logout has been performed to prevent unnecessary information from being merged between the tabs.

  • Opening Multiple Tabs

In the upcoming version, the side menus of the web solutions and the main selection screen will support the opening link in a new tab/window option. By doing this, you will be able to open several tools in the same organization at once.

Please note that this option is only available to tools from different menus, i.e., the NOC menu and PRO menu can be opened simultaneously in different tabs/windows, but it is not possible to open two different tools from the Manager menu at the same time.

  • New site global fields (Entrance Alarm Sensor)
A new alarm configuration field will be added to the "Global" section in the upcoming version. This alarm is triggered by an "Entrance Alarm Sensor”.

    (Configuration>Device Configuration>Section: Global>Entrance Alarm Sensor)

  • New Grid Thresholds Fields
Two new thresholds have been added to the unit's configurations in the new version. Using the new thresholds, a user can define which voltage is defined as high voltage and as grid availability, resulting in more customized alarms.

In order to achieve this distinction, a new section has been created under the "Configuration" submenu (My Units>Configuration>Device Configuration>Section: Grid) that will include several new fields:

    • Grid minimal voltage threshold - The minimal voltage level of the grid, so the grid will be defined as “available”. If the value falls below the threshold, an alert will be generated

    • Grid high voltage threshold - If this threshold is exceeded, the grid might cause damage to electronic and electrical equipment. An alert will be generated if the value exceeds the threshold

    • Grid Voltage Phase X (1-3) - Three configuration fields that moved from the “Global” section.

By using the new thresholds, you can determine the values that will impact the alerts of grid availability and high voltage so they can be adapted to both 220 and 110-volt networks.

  • New Generators Thresholds Fields
Two new thresholds have been added to the unit's configurations in the new version. Using the new thresholds, a user can define which voltage is defined as high voltage and as generator availability, resulting in more customized alarms.

The new generator fields have been added to the generators section (Configuration>Device Configuration>Section: Generators), which will include the following fields:

    • DG Output minimal voltage threshold - If the value falls below the threshold, an alert will be generated: "Generator_1.2.Low_Voltage" alarm will become active.

    • DG Output high voltage threshold - An alert will be generated if the value exceeds the threshold: "Generator_1.2.High_Voltage" alarm will become active.

By using the new fields, you can determine the values that will impact the alerts of generator high and low voltage.

  • Google Login
The "Google" single sign-on (SSO) button will be moved to the bottom of the login page in the next version.

  • Organization selection during the login process
In the next version of the Galooli Web solution, global users authorized to log in to multiple organizations will be able to use the user/password mechanism without specifying the organization to which they wish to log in.

This means that the email address can be entered without the addition of "&" and the name of the organization.
Following the entry of the email alone, you will be taken to a selection window where you may select from the list of organizations authorized by the user.

The previous method continues to be effective as well.

  • Global Access Permissions Updates
There will be a change to the name of “Global Access” permissions to "Live display access" and a new permission level added to this section, titled "Beta". The "Beta" level provides access to the future solution called "Panorama" and includes all the permissions like the "Enable” level.
