In order to activate SMS notifications in your organization, a simple integration is required between the ZonMax server and your company's SMS service provider.
After registering for the SMS service, you receive a link containing login details.
Link example:
https://smsService/servicename/username=User1&password=password1@vaS&to=+97254555555target&text=text__body
The communication method should be sent as an HTTP GET or POST request to the SMS service provider or by any similar common method.
It might require setting our server IP in the whitelist, let us know if required.
Once you make a decision please share with us the protocol documentation so we will integrate based on the message structure and message status codes. Share with us your SMS service account credentials.
There might be some commercial charges so please discuss them with your account executive before starting the process.
