The latest version update of the SPACES includes features that reflect open dialogue with our customers and Galooli’s desire to facilitate and improve system usage.
Customer Portal new features
Starting with the upcoming version some management and configurations features shifted from the ZonMax solution to Galooli Web Solution:
-User Management
-Geofences Management
-Assets Management
-Calibration Management
-Contacts ManagementSecurity report
The security report feature has been moved to our new “User Management” solution and has been upgraded so that it includes all the permissions of the users in the different Galooli platforms
Geofence Batch Loader
With the upcoming version, the upload process of external files that contain pre-prepared POIs will be handled by a new solution called Geofences Management
Forms Gate
The Forms Gate solution enables integration between digital forms and Galooli software solutions.
This integration enables Galooli to swiftly streamline documentation and store information for the customer and in addition, allows our customers to make large-scale information updates quickly and easily.
Support
We developed a new support system that will allow any user to open a ticket to our support team, directly from their Customer Portal solution, without any conditions or pre-registrations, just a ZON-MAX/Spaces user
Version Management
A number of significant features have been added to the Version Management tool:
-Data filtering according to the unit type
-Option to choose the version of the gateway
-The user can see only the units that are allowed to him in accordance with designated permissions
-Display of previous upgrades
