How to remove Email address from the blacklist

If you have any suspicion that you do not receive email messages from Galooli or your own provider then follow the next steps:

  1. First of all, check the spam folder in your email. If the message is not there continue to the next section

  2. Open the Spaces website, log in, go to “Customers Portal”, then “Access and Security", and finally “Blacklist Removal”. Enter the email address that you suspect was added to the blacklist.

  3. If the email is found on our blacklist, then you can see the reason and remove the address from the blacklist. It is important to contact your IT department, for the purpose of understanding why the address goes to the blacklist in the first place.

    An email address that has been blacklisted 10 times, can only be released by Galooli’s support team.


    If the address is not found on the blacklist then you should contact your IT support.
