We are pleased to announce that as part of our constant efforts to improve our service, you are now able to log in to your SIM card customer portal and manage your SIM card-related actions by yourself.
Enter the M2M website
Enter the Email Address and Password (depending on the company) and press “Login”
There are two ways to activate/deactivate a SIM card. The first way is by entering a single SIM ID number (ICC). The second way is by uploading a notepad/CSV file with the SIM ID (ICC) numbers if there are multiple SIM cards. Each way will be explained separately in the following section.
Activate/deactivate single SIM card:
a. Enter the SIM ID in the search bar (1)
b. Press on the magnifying glass (2)
c. Check that the SIM ID number you want appears (3)
d. Press on the ICC number and make sure that the color of the line became blue
e. Press the "Change State" button (4)
f. Select Activate or Deactivate (5)
g. Press "Proceed" (6)
Activate/deactivate multiple SIM cards:
a. Prepare a Notepad or CSV file using a specific format as follows. The document should always start with the capital letters "ICCID" then enter the SIM IDs one on each line. In the end, always finish the text with the capital letters "END". The same with the CSV. Save the file.
b. Press on the "Choose File" button (1) and choose the file you prepared in the previous section by double click it (2)
c. When the notification appears, press "OK"
d. Check the SIM ID numbers that you want to appear
e. Press the "Select All" button (3) and then the "Change State" button (4)
h. Select Activate or Deactivate (5) and then press "Proceed" (6)
5. The SIM cards will be activated/deactivated 1 hour after performing the operation. If you wish to
speed up the process of the activate/deactivate please continue reading the next section
6. Instant activation of the SIM cards:
a. Press the "Jobs" button that is marked by the number 1 on the picture attached below (1)
b. Choose the relevant row of the SIM card you want to activate/deactivate or choose all the rows by constantly pressing the “Ctrl” button on the keyboard and pressing the relevant rows (2)
c. Press the "Start Jobs" button
