This feature allows Galooli customers to check if they are on the company blacklist and remove themselves from the list independently and simply.
If you have any suspicion that you do not receive email messages from Galooli or your own provider then follow the next steps:
First of all, check the spam folder in your email. if the message is not there continue to the next section
Open the Spaces website, log in, go to “Customers Portal” then “Access and Security" and finally “Blacklist Removal”. Enter the email address that suspects to be found in the black list.
If the email is found on our black list, then you can see the reason and remove the address from the black list. It is important to contact your IT, for the purpose of understanding why the address goes to the blacklist in the first place.
The email address that has been blacklisted 10 times, can only be released by Galooli support team.
If the address is not found in the black list then you should contact your IT.
