We have reorganized the type of the different reports into several categories:

  • General Reports

  • Fleet Reports

  • System Reports

  • Favorite Reports

Fleet Reports

Reports which apply to Galooli’s Fleet management solution

  • POI Acitivity Report

  • Users

  • Service Log

  • Scheduled

  • Planned Scheduled Reports

  • Login

  • Contact

  • SMS Log

  • Audit Trail

General reports which apply to all of Galooli’s solutions, including Fleet, Site, Battery products & their respective operating programs

Favorite Reports

  • Customizable reports

Personal customized reports added & edited by the users

All favorite reports will both appear and be executable on Smart Fleet Space & API MarketPlace

1.1 How to create a favorite report:

  1. Select the relevant entity you wish to view information on (whole Org or specific Cluster/Group/Unit)

  2. Select a specific type of report under the Report Lists

  3. [depending on report type] - Choose relevant time range of report

  4. [depending on report type] - Select display mode of report (Custom/Monthly/Weekly/Daily)

  5. Click on the Star button and give the report a meaningful name

Now you will be able to view it on API Marketplace & Smart Fleet Space

1.2 Icon Indication On Reports:

Note that there are different types of icons that are associated with the functionality of the the type of favorite report
