ELARA CAN Bus Communication Support
The Elara gateway now supports CAN Bus communication (J1939 protocol) which allows a direct connection to the generator engine without the need for a generator control panel.For these capabilities to be achieved, it is necessary to:
Use specific Elara hardware - https://galooli.atlassian.net/l/cp/1WA7WePt
Make sure the Elara version is at least 02.02.40.
The device should be added via Power Center
Elara Global Configuration Updates
Due to a lack of usage, the "Port Route" was removed.
The "checkboxes" section has been moved to a more appropriate location.

CAN Silent Mode
As with the firewall, when using the Elara CAN this mode prevents data from being sent to the engine control unit.This mode can therefore be activated if the user wishes to have the unit only "listen" to the communication line.
As this mode may affect the connectivity between the CAN and the unit, it is not our default. If someone insists on using it, however, it is supported.
