Field Name

Field Description

Why this field is interesting / how it is calculated

Calculation Method

Start Distance [Km]

The value of t first record distance the vehicle's odometer showed at the start of the selected time range.

End Distance [Km]

The distance vehicle's odometer showed at the end of the selected time range.

Start Engine Hours

The vehicle's engine hours value for the start of the selected time range.

End Engine Hours

The vehicle's engine hours value for the end of the selected time range.

Work Start Time

The start time of the first trip the vehicle had in the selected time range.

Work End Time

At the end time of the last trip the vehicle had in the selected time range.

Work Start Address

The address the vehicle was in at the beginning of the first trip the in the selected time range.

Work End Address

The address the vehicle was in at the end of the last trip the in the selected time range.

Available Days

This field indicates the number of days (based on the number of days included in the report) during which summary records have been available.

Over Speed Threshold

The threshold that defines if the vehicle is over speeding.

Over Speed Time

For mobile units, the total time unit's speed was above the speed threshold. For telecom or stationary units, the value is 0.

Comments regarding availability as

mentmentionedthe

mentioned in the “Over Speed Distance” also apply.

Over Speed Distance

For mobile units, the total distance the unit travelled while the unit's speed was above the speed threshold. For telecom or stationary units, the value

is 0.The difference will not be aggregated if the distance difference

is

less than

0

or more than 2000 km

.

The availability time is calculated by accumulating the time between records where the relevant asset was connected. The time will be accumulated only if the time difference between the subsequent records is less than 15 minutes. For Kentrox units, the time difference limit is 30 minutes. In addition, if the calculated availability value is larger than the Data Availability value, the value will be assigned

with Transmission Count

to the Data Availability value.

The difference will not be aggregated if the distance difference is less than 0 or more than 2000 km.

Text Messages Count

Billing Text Messages

Transmission Count

Amount of transmissions that were received from the unit in the selected time range.

The maximum number of transmissions per day is 3000, after 3000 transmissions we will stop saving data for the same day

Distance Travelled [Km]

Total Distance that was travelled by the vehicle in the selected time range.

The sum of all the differences between the distance in every 2 subsequent records. The difference will not be aggregated if the distance difference is less than 0 or more than 2000 km

Comments regarding availability as mentmentionedthe “Over Speed Distance” also apply

At the end of the document, there are comments regarding availability.

Average* Distance per Trip [Km]

The sum of all the distance that was travelled in all the trips

diviwas ded

, divided by the number of trips.

Comments regarding availability as mentmentionedthe “Over Speed Distance” also apply

At the end of the document, there are comments regarding availability.

Total Engine Hours

Total

Engine Hours

hours the engine was running in the selected time range.

The sum of all the differences between the engine hours in every 2 subsequent records. The difference will not be aggregated if the difference in the engine hours is larger than the time difference in more than

5

10 minutes.

Comments regarding availability as mentmentionedthe “Over Speed Distance” also apply

At the end of the document, there are comments regarding availability.

Daily Average* Engine Hours

The average hours the engine was running per day.

Average* Time Per Trip

The average time of the trip that were travelled in the selected time range.

Average Trip Speed [Km/H]

The average speed of the vehicle during the trips in the selected time range.

Maximum Speed [Km/H]

The maximum speed the vehicle drove in the selected time range.

Total On Time/Total On Time [Num]*

Total time the engine was on. For vehicles, this is the summation of the moving time, stop time and the time.

summation of the moving time, stop time and the time.
Comments regarding availability as mentmentionedthe “Over Speed Distance” also apply

Sum of "Total Stop Time", "Total Idle Time" and "Total Moving Time".

At the end of the document, there are comments regarding availability.

Total Off Time/Total Off Time [Num]*

For mobile units, the total time the unit was off. For telecom or stationary units, this is the total time the unit was not on (moving,

stop

stopping, idle)

Comments regarding availability asmentionedd at the “Over Speed Distance” also apply

At the end of the document, there are comments regarding availability.

Total Stop Time/Total Stop Time [Num]*

For mobile units, the total time the unit was in "stop" status. For telecom or stationary units, this is the total time the unit was in "stop" or "on" status.

Total Idle TimeTotal/Idle Time [Num]*

For mobile units, the total time the unit was in "idle" status. For telecom or stationary units, the value is 0.

Comments regarding availability asmentionedd at the “Over Speed Distance” also apply

At the end of the document, there are comments regarding availability.

Total Standing Time/Total Standing Time [Num]*

Sum of "Total Stop Time" and "Total Idle Time".

Comments regarding availability asmentionedd at the “Over Speed Distance” also apply

At the end of the document, there are comments regarding availability.

Total Moving Time/Total Moving Time [Num]*

For mobile units, the total time the unit was in "moving" status. For telecom or stationary units, the value is 0.

Comments regarding availability asmentionedd at the “Over Speed Distance” also apply

At the end of the document, there are comments regarding availability.

Total Working Time/Total Working Time [Num]*

For mobile units, the total time the unit was active - is the time between the start time of the first trip to the end time of the last trip. For stationary units, the total time between the generator’s first ignition to the last ignition of the day.

No. Of Trips

The number of trips the vehicle had in the selected time range.

Total Distance In POI [Km]

Total distance travelled continuously in some POI configured for the unit.

The sum of all the differences between the distance in every 2 subsequent records, if in both records the unit is inside some POI. The difference will not be aggregated if the distance difference is less than 0 or more than 2000 km.

Comments regarding availability asmentionedd at the “Over Speed Distance” also apply

At the end of the document, there are comments regarding availability.

Total Time In POI

Total distance travelled continuously in some POI configured for the unit.

Total Distance Not In POI [Km]

The difference between Distance Travelled and Total Distance in POI.

Total Time Not In POI

Available Days

Total time the vehicle was not travelling in a configured POI.

"Total X Time" and "Total X Time [Num]" display the same information, but in

ways. In Total X Time, the time is presented in “hours:minutes: seconds” = 1:58:59, and in Total X Time [Num], the time is presented in decimal format = 1.98 hours.

The availability time is calculated by accumulating the time between records where the relevant asset was connected. The time will be accumulated only if the time difference between the subsequent records is less than 15 minutes. In addition, if the calculated availability value is larger than the Data Availability value, the value will be assigned to the Data Availability value.
