To install two Omnicomm https://galooli.atlassian.net/l/cp/F0FHRJQu fuel level sensors in a moving unit to measure the fuel and combine the data, it is imperative to follow the following steps as accurately and carefully as possible.

Step 1 - Gateway Connection

  1. Connect one of the fuel sensors to the computer via an RS485 connector.

    Open the Omnicomm internal configuration software (Download link)

  3. Change the Sensor Network Address (ID) from 1 to 2.

Step 2 - Configuration Center

  1. Open the Mobile Gateway Configuration (Configuration Center) and connect via serial connection or OTA.

  2. Scroll down until you find the "Fuel” configuration.

  3. Configure the fields as shown in the picture.

Step 3 - Create a Calibration Table For Each Fuel Tank

  1. Create a

  1. My Calibration for each tank via Customer Portal >> ‘My Calibrations’ as shown in the picture (Example only).

  2. Make sure you use the right source of data from your calibration table.

Step 4 - Create the sum calibration table connecting the two tables

Step 5 - Assign The Tables To The Correct Unit
