For your form to integrate with the Galooli solution, the fields in the form should be written down in a specific way which will be detailed in the following steps:

  1. Create a new form in your JotForm platform and add all the relevant fields that you need

  2. In addition to the fields you have built, the form must include the following fields to perform the integration:

  • Organization ID

  • Unit ID (gateway id) or Asset ID (internal organization number). It is mandatory to use at least one of the fields

  • Submit Email

  • Confirmation Email

  • Form name

3. Edit the names of those required fields in the output email notification as follows:

  • Settings >> Emails >> Edit icon

A new form can be created in two ways:

  • From scratch by a Galooli user or by using Galooli templates. Please continue reading the document to learn how to do this.

  • With assistance from the Galooli support team. Please submit a support ticket with all the necessary information.

Independent Creation of a Form

  1. Enter the Jotform platform and create a new user.

  2. At that point, you may look at the Galooli templates documentation and determine whether they are suitable for your needs. Otherwise, please continue to the next step.

  3. Click on “CREATE FORM” >> “Star From Scratch” >> “Classic Form”.

  4. To integrate with the Forms Gate tool in the Galooli solution, choose a meaningful name for the form and add five mandatory short text fields.

  5. It is now necessary to change the “Field Label” and the "Unique name" of the five fields that you have added, one by one.

All names must be unique among those listed below, please copy them exactly as they appear.

By clicking on the field, you can change the unique title in the "Field Label" section. Then click the "Advanced" tab, scroll down, open the "Field Details" section, and change the "Unique name". The same name must appear in both places.

  1. In order to integrate with the Galooli solution, please add a specific email output notification that will be
    addressed to the Galooli automation mailbox. Follow the next steps:

  • Settings >> Emails >> Add an email

  • Select >> RECIPIENTS >> Recipient Email >> add the email: o0@galooli-automation.com >> Add any other personal email address that will receive notifications/fields from JotForm. Click “Save”

  1. Click on Settings >> Emails >> Edit icon >> Locate the “Email Content” section and make sure that both columns are the same.

5. After the technician fills in the form and submits it, all the information from the form will appear in the
Customer Portal. The information can be easily sorted and filtered.

  2. In order to receive a PDF file with all the information, it is mandatory to follow the next steps:

  • Settings >> Emails >> Edit icon

7. In case you want to use the editing data update options you must first make sure that the fields that will be in use,
do indeed support this feature. To do this, enter the API Marketplace Pro Application >> select the fields that interest
you >> click on “Forms Gate” Gate Info” and then you will see which fields support the Forms Gate feature and
which isn’t.
