The latest version update of the Mobile App includes features that reflect an open dialogue with our customers and Galooli’s desire to facilitate and improve system usage. This article contains information about the main features.
Push Notifications
There is now an option to receive notifications via the mobile app. In addition to adding value to the users of the mobile app, notifications will alert the teams when an event occurs so that response times can be shortened, and Galooli clients will be able to receive relevant information even when they are not actively viewing the app.
The user will only receive notifications from the organization to which he is currently logged in.
When the application is closed, the user will continue to receive notifications.
The user will stop receiving notifications when he logs out actively.
The mobile application allows the user to disable/enable notifications to himself for all organizations he subscribes to.
Clicking the notification will redirect the user to the main/default story of the unit.
The notification and event configuration is made through Galooli Manager application.
All notification will be sent to the user according to his permission level
