Documentation Form allows you to save time in documenting and collecting information by field technicians. The information is sent quickly and neatly by email with a PDF file attached. In addition, all the information is saved in Galooli solution systems.
In order that order for your form could integrate with the Galooli solution, the fields in the form should be written down in a specific way which will be detailed in the following steps:

  1. Create a new form in your JotForm platform . The form must contain the next required fieldsand add all the rekevant fields that you need

  2. In addition to the fields you have built, the form must include the following fields in order to perform the integration:

  • Organization ID

  • Unit ID (gateway id) or Asset ID (internal organization number). It is mandatory to use at least one of the fields

  • Submit Email

  • Confirmation Email

  • Form name

2. Edit the names of the those required fields in the output email notification as follows:
