The passwords expiration period is configured by the organization manager and is defined in the Customers Portal space.

7 days before the expiration date, you will receive alerts that remind you to change your password.

When an attempt to log in to ZON MAX or Spaces is made after the password is expired, you will see a popup that demands selecting a new password.

  1. Click the reset button

  2. Follow the steps of the password change process
