With the grid oracle solution, clients with pre-paid grid systems can view the balance of each site and predict when top-ups will be necessary.

Visual graphs will be presented over a period of 60 days (30 days history and 30 days prediction).

General Screen Layout

Organization Tree

According to the user's permissions, the organization tree will display all the units available in the organization.

If the unit is with an on-grid layout you will enable the selection of the unit.

The unit will be in disable mode if it is off-grid.

Organization View

Upon selecting the organization name, two types of information will be displayed by default:

  • 5 sites with the shortest estimated run time left

    • The display will be based "Grid Oracle estimated days left" data field, in a number of days.

    • The view will only contain sites with Estimated Grid left >0.

    • The order will be from shortest to longest (shortest above)

  • 5 sites with the shortest run time from recharge to recharge

    • The calculation is a time difference between the last recharge until today + the predicted number of days left = overall time from charge to charge. The difference in days of (Balance update date - Current date) + Grid estimated days left = Run time (in days)

Single Site View

Upon selecting a specific site/unit, a graph related to this site/unit will appear in the prediction view. The graph will show the usage of the grid over time and the prediction of Galooli for the grid usage. When hovering over the line you will see more detailed data depending on the timeline:

  • Hovering over past dates reveals the grid's usage in KWH

  • When hovering over the future dates, the estimated grid usage in KWH will be displayed

Load From File

It is possible to load a file with multiple pre-paid grid sites using the "Load From File” option. For more information, please refer to this link - https://galooli.atlassian.net/l/cp/CW0LgH1y

Report Creation and Content

By pressing "Send report," the report will be generated for the entire organization and only display sites that are ON-GRID according to the user's permissions.

Your report will be emailed to you, and you will be able to view the previous day's information in Excel.

The report will include the following fields:

Grid Oracle File Loader

The purpose of the file loader option is to update the credit grid for a large number of units by uploading a ready file rather than by manually updating each unit.

The data in the file will overwrite the information in the system, if there are units in the system that are not in the file, then they will not be changed

Requirements

Units:

  • The units that will appear in the file must already be in the system. The file is intended to update only the KWH and not to create new units.

User:

  • Users with "Full” permission will be able to view the button and upload the file

  • It is necessary for the user to have permission at least to view the cluster/group that the unit belongs to

File:

  • The file must be in CSV (Comma Delimited) format

  • The file must contain only two columns with the following titles - Units ID and Updated KWH

  • The rows under the column titles should not be blank

  • Units IDs should not contain thousands or decimal points

  • The KWH can be expressed as decimal with or without a thousand separator

  • The updated KWH value and the unit ID cannot be negative

  •  Updated KWH value and unit ID must be numerical

File Uploading Process

  1. Prepare the CSV (Comma Delimited) file in accordance with the limitations listed above

  2. Open the Galooli Apps solution and enter the “Grid Oracle” menu

  3. Select "Load From File”

  4. Upload the prepared CSV (Comma Delimited) file

  • If the unit ID isn’t valid the validation will fail. It may occur for one of the following reasons:

    • The user does not have permission to view the unit

    • The unit does not exist or has been removed from the organization

  • If the kWh value is < 0 the validation will fail.

  1. You should receive a success message at the end of the process. If your message is not successful,

please check the requirements listed at the beginning of the document.

  1. Following the successful upload process the user will receive an email from Galooli.

As soon as you click the link, you will be able to download a file containing information about the status of the upload process as well as the reasons for the failure.
